America has already tried taking onward alcohol, and the effect of that was moon shine. The solution to this would be in lowering the drinking eld and raising the driving age. It may not make a mammoth difference at first, but there will be a time when the number of deaths each year will drop down to the hundreds instead of tens of thousands. If the drinking age is lowered to 16 and the driving age raised to 18, students will perform better in college. They will not want to be part of drinking games when they get older.
